The invention relates to a cover (1) for a slanted roof panel, comprising: a frame (2) that runs along the inclination of the roof; and a plurality of photovoltaic panels (4) that are arranged in vertical rows (19) along the inclination of the roof and partially overlap, the lower edge of a top panel covering the upper edge of a bottom panel in a row. The invention is characterized in that the upper edges (6) of the photovoltaic panels (4) have joints (14) which extend the panels (4) substantially on the same plane and seal the cover, said joints not being in direct contact with the entire width of the panels that overlap the joints.
