Disclosed are a virtual terminal system and a method for synchronizing multiple streaming services in the virtual terminal system. The system comprises a master device and a collaboration device. The collaboration device comprises: a first service stream receiving module, used to receive a service stream from a server; a service stream sending module, used to send to the master device the received service stream, the service stream carrying control packet information. The master device comprises: a second service stream receiving module, used to receive the service stream; a storage module, used to store the received service stream in a packet data buffer; a synchronization manner selection module, used to select a synchronization manner according to the type of the service stream; a synchronization module, used to synchronize the service stream in the packet data buffer according to the control packet information and the selected synchronization manner. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the time synchronization mechanism fails to meet requirements of the ubiquitous network on the diversity of the time synchronization mechanism, and improves the performance of the system.
