The present invention relates to developing a portable Hypermulticolor imaging (HMI) optical module and a new drug screening system based on microbead color coding. The HMI optical module is a portable new multi-wavelength imaging system that replaces a High-content screening (HCS) device, which is currently used as an important device for drug screening, and also is a portable HMI system that is attached to the side of a typical optical microscope and provides drug screening at a cell level and a molecular level. Additionally, in order to overcome limitations that Robotics based drug screening has, which is used for drug action and cellular toxicity screening of large scale library compounds through a Well type sample platform, a screening system of large scale library compounds without pipe tong by using microbeads is provided as a new drug and drug target storage. By using a portable HMI optical module attached to an optical microscope and microbeads storing a drug or drug target, more economical and rapid drug screening is possible. Through the application thereof, screening for drug toxicity, which causes a Kinase hindrance effect and drug hepatotoxicity, is provided.
