The present invention is related to a device for quantitively evaluating the disturbance degree of a biometric rhythm. This disturbance degree calculation device for a biometric rhythm (10) has: a physiological parameter time-series data acquisition unit (101) for acquiring physiological parameter time-series data calculated on the basis of a biometric signal of a subject; a calculation period determination unit (111) for determining a calculation period, which is to be a length of time of roughly one-half of a period over which normal physiological parameter time-series data which have been calculated on the basis of the normal biometric signal vary; a calculation unit (115) for calculating, for the calculation period, the shift amount between phases of inspection-time physiological parameter time-series data calculated on the basis of the biometric signal at inspection time, and the normal physiological parameter time-series data; and a disturbance degree determination unit (117) for determining the disturbance degree of the biometric rhythm at the inspection time of the subject on the basis of the shift amount between the phases.
