METHOD FOR SOLVING INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESS ALLOCATION CONFLICT AND RELATED DEVICE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method for solving an Internet protocol (IP) address allocation conflict and a related device and system thereof. The method comprises: a relay device receiving, from a user terminal, a request message for allocating an IP address; forwarding the request message to a dynamic host configuration protocol server; receiving a request response message sent by the dynamic host configuration protocol server, the request response message carrying an IP address allocated by the dynamic host configuration protocol server for the user terminal; detecting, according to user online information, whether an allocation conflict of the IP address exists; and if yes, terminating the request response message and notifying the dynamic host configuration protocol server of the IP address allocation conflict. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention solves the problem of the IP address allocation conflict of the DHCP server, thereby improving the reliability of the system communication.
