PHENYLPIPERAZINE DERIVATIVE FOR INHIBITING TUMOR METASTASIS AND TUMOR ANGIOGENESIS

Disclosed are a phenylpiperazine derivative and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, characterized in that the derivative has the structure as represented in formula (I); R₁ in the formula is a -H, -R, -OR, -COOR, halogen, or -CN group, and R represents alkyl; the substitution of R₁ on the benzene ring is at the para position, ortho position, or meta position of the piperazinyl; m is a natural number from 0 to 2; R₂ is a substituted or unsubstituted carboxylic acid group or sulfonic acid group. The phenylpiperazine derivative and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof can be used in preparing medications for inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and tumor metastasis, in preparing tumor medications for treating liver cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, or melanoma, and in preparing auxiliary medications for tumor chemotherapy and surgery treatments.
