The phial (2) has a hollow body and a head (4) of diameter lesser than diameter of the body with possibility of rupture between the body and the head. The body and the head are constituted by a single part made of synthetic material made by injection. The body is opened from a side opposite to the head. A cap (5) is provided to close an opening after filling the phial. A connection zone connects the body and the head, and presents a restraint (8) at the level of which material thickness is reduced.
