A lock-type self-heat-preservation and sound-insulation block comprises a hollow block body provided with multiple through-holes. The hollow block body is divided into a first half block (l) and a second half block (2). A heat-insulation and sound-insulation pad (4) is clamped at a heat bridge joint between the first half block (l) and the second half block (2). The first half block (l), the second half block (2), and the heat-insulation and sound-insulation pad (4) are locked and fixed through a non-metal locking buckle (5) into one piece. The through-holes in the hollow block body are filled with a heat-insulation material (3). Also provided is a lock-type self-heat-preservation and sound-insulation block wall, which is built by lock-type self-heat-preservation and sound-insulation blocks, heat-preservation masonry mortar and anti-cracking plastering mortar.
