An acousto-magnetic anti-theft label (11), and a volume label made of the same and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the following problem: when an acousto-magnetic label with primer is peeled from a skimming base band at high speed, the primer of the label is attached to a skimming baffle, resulting in failure of the high-speed labeling, causing labeling machine shutdown, and further causing great economic loss of the labeling enterprise. The invention ensures the uninterrupted high-speed attachment of the acousto-magnetic labels. The acousto-magnetic anti-theft label comprises a long and narrow box body (1) and magnetic offset pieces (4), wherein at least one resonance piece (2) is arranged in the cavity of the box body (1); a box cover is arranged on the box body (1); the magnetic offset pieces (4) and resonance pieces (2) are arranged in layers; the outer surface (10) of the box cover is covered with a glue layer (7) of which the area is smaller than that of the outer surface (10); the glue layer (7) is bonded with the outer surface (10); the edge of the outer surface (10) is provided with a glue-free region which is at least 0.5mm wide and 5mm long; and the area of the glue layer (7) is 10-98% of that of the outer surface (10).
