The disclosure provides a human monoclonal anti¬ body directed against the gamma subunit of the acetylcholine receptor. This subunit is almost exclusively expressed in fetal tissue and in several neoplasms among which rhabdomyosarcomas. More in particular, the disclosure provides an antibody and a method for using this antibody in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcomas.
