Method and apparatus for realtime reconstruction of a nonuniformly sampled analogue signal

The method involves filtering a sample value sequence using filter function for providing filter path output sequences. The filter function is determined based on an impulse response. The filter path output sequences are superimposed for forming a weight value sequence. The weight value sequence is filter using reconstruction filter function for forming reconstruction value sequence. The reconstruction filter function is determined using approximation function and the number of reconstruction time periods. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method of reconstructing non-equidistantly sampled analog signals.
