A bead filler testing device provided with: an imaging device (22) for capturing an image of a predetermined region including the boundary between the outer edge of a bead filler and a support body; an image processing device (25) which detects an edge corresponding to the boundary between the outer edge of the bead filler and the support body (11) on the basis of the image captured by the imaging device (22), and calculates the distance between a reference model line conforming to the direction of rotation of the support body (11) and each point on an edge in a region including a joining part on the basis of the detected edge; and a control device (27) for determining the quality of the joining part on the basis of the distance between the reference model line and each point on the edge.
