INITIAL POINT ACQUISITION METHOD AND DEVICE BASED ON H.264 MOTION ESTIMATION ALGORITHM

Disclosed are an initial point acquisition method and device based on an H.264 motion estimation algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: when predicting an initial point, acquiring a motion state of a camera by using a magnetic tracker, and determining a motion vector of a video scene according to the motion state of the camera; synthesizing the motion vector of the video scene and an estimated motion vector of an unsymmetrical-cross multi-hexagon search algorithm, so as to obtain a final predicted vector, and obtaining coordinates of the initial point according to the final predicted vector and coordinates of a block to be predicted. By means of the present invention, the motion estimation time is saved, thereby improving the searching efficiency.
