ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ENERGY-SAVING BOILER OF CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED TYPE WITH ORGANIC THERMAL CARRIER

An environmentally friendly energy-saving boiler of circulating fluidized bed type with an organic thermal carrier, comprising a furnace (7) and a vertical flue duct (24) in the tail part. A layer of insulating refractory material (23) and a steel support (14) are provided respectively around the furnace (7) and the vertical flue duct (24). A roof pipe (20) is provided on the top of the furnace (7), with one end of the roof pipe (20) being in communication with an outlet collecting box (18). A bundle of radiation-heated square disc pipes (17) is provided on the upper part of an inner wall of the furnace (7); a coal feeding port (5) communicating with a coal hopper (8) is provided in the lower part of the furnace (7); and an isopiestic bellow (2), an air distribution plate (3) and an air cap (4) are provided in the bottom part of the furnace (7). A multi-pipe cyclone separator (21) communicating with the flue duct out of the upper part of the furnace (7) is provided between the furnace (7) and the vertical flue duct (24) in the tail part, with the top of the multi-pipe cyclone separator (21) being in communication with the top of the vertical flue duct (24) in the tail part and the bottom of the multi-pipe cyclone separator (21) being in communication with a material returning port (6) in the lower part of the furnace (7). Bundles of high and low temperature convectional pipe (26, 28) connected in a segmented manner are provided inside the vertical flue duct (24). An air pre-heater (30) communicating with the isopiestic bellow (2) is provided at the bottom of the vertical flue duct (24) in the tail part. A flue outlet (31) is provided on the air pre-heater (30). The boiler can solve the problems of having poor heat transfer, a tendency for failures, being difficult to repair and the material returning port being vulnerable to clogging.
