A reading unit reads the data stored in a storage device e.g. universal serial bus (USB). A creating unit creates a new program by mixing the retrieved data from the device with dynamically created data. A unit re-encodes and re-modulates the program along a modulation standard. A demodulating unit demodulates the signal. A mixing unit mixes the signal with an origin radio frequency signal.
