ASPHALT CONCRETE MIXING PLANT AND ITS DUST REMOVING DEVICE

An asphalt concrete mixing plant and its dust removing device, wherein the dust removing device is used for collecting dust generated during a mixing console (6) discharging, and includes an induced draft fan (1), a dust collecting duct (2), a dust exhaust duct (3) and a controlling system (15), wherein the dust collecting duct (2) includes: a dust collecting hood (21), which comprises an outer board (21a) and an inner board (21b), the outer board (21a) is connected with a lower part of discharging apparatus in the mixing console (6), the inner board (21b) comprises a multi-orifice structure, a ring duct is formed between the outer board (21a) and the inner board (21b); a dust collecting conduit (22), its first end is connected with the dust collecting hood (21),and its second end is connected with the induced draft fan (1); the dust successively passes through the multi-orifice structure in the inner board (21b), the ring duct, the dust collecting conduit (22), and then enters into the induced draft fan (1). This device has the advantages such as high dust collecting efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection etc.
