A crawler chassis telescopic mechanism; a telescopic guide hole (10) is formed on a chassis (1); the telescopic guide hole (10) is provided with a telescopic arm (3) therein; the sidewall of the telescopic arm (3) is provided with a first stopper thereon; the wall of the telescopic guide hole (10) is provided with a second stopper thereon for backstopping the first stopper from extension. Also disclosed is a crawler piling machine provided with the crawler chassis telescopic mechanism thereon. By adopting the solution, the inner space of a dismounting device will not be taken up, nor need the left and right extension of the dismounting device be debugged. Furthermore, the present invention is simple to manufacture, reduces costs, and is easy to install.
