[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a temperature distribution measurement system, temperature distribution measurement device, and temperature distribution measurement method enabling easy evaluation of the appropriateness of a transfer function used for correcting a measured temperature distribution. [Solution] In the present invention, a temperature distribution measurement system comprises the following: an optical fiber (24); a laser light source (21) that optically connects to the optical fiber (24); a light detector (26) that detects light that backscattered in the optical fiber (24); and a temperature distribution measurement unit (27) for performing correction calculation, that uses a transfer function, on a measured temperature distribution obtained from the output of the light detector (26). An actual temperature distribution measurement unit (27) acquires the actual temperature distribution at a location where the optical fiber (24) is laid, calculates the differential between a measured temperature distribution after correction was performed and the actual temperature distribution, and determines the suitability of the transfer function.
