It is characterised in that: the inner wall (11) comprises at least one main layer (8) that is connected, via one of the faces thereof, to the structural coating (6), and via the other face thereof, to an upper resin layer (7), the free face of which is in contact with the fluid contained in the reservoir (10); and the main layer (8) of the inner wall (11) comprises a resin material combined with an electrical conductor component.
