The structure has a frame (20) with two flanges (23, 24) extended radially towards an interior of an outer envelope (21). The flanges have axial centering orifices (25, 26) provided with lower portions and upper portions formed by circular arcs with radii that are larger than radii of front and rear radial locking plates (13, 14), respectively. Each flange has a rotational locking unit (30) that locks rotation of a stator (10) in the envelope of the frame. The flange has an axial locking and prestressing unit (40) that axially locks and prestresses the stator in the envelope of the frame.
