The present application claims an invention patent for an electric energy generation process involving the capture of electrons from muon decay, which electrons are guided into electric wires and transformed into energy. Moreover, the present application claims a patent to an apparatus capable of generating electric energy from this process, called muonic electromagnetic generator, which comprises a primary electric mains source (1) or a battery source (2) (input) connected to an inverter (3) that feeds an oscillator (4) with a frequency that is an integral multiple of the muon Compton wavelength, through a protective inductive filter (5). Also claimed by the present patent application are two devices that form the muonic electromagnetic generator (apparatus), namely, (i) the muonic coil, which is capable of absorbing muons and converting them into energy, and (ii) the motor, with a design that allows a more efficient utilisation of muonic electrons for carrying out work (output power). It is evident that both low and/or high power components can be used, depending on the energy consumption requirements of the consumer. The muonic electromagnetic generator (understood as both an apparatus and a process) can be used on various industrial scales, with better benefit-cost ratios than existing generators, and without any environmental impact and radioactive emissions.
