The present invention relates to a multi-vector osteogenic distractor device for use with the craniofacial bones. The device is installed on patients having any type of facial bone malformation or pathology requiring bones to be manipulated in order to promote the growth thereof and thereby solve the problems associated with these malformations. The device is an apparatus that has been designed to correct severe malformations affecting the middle part of the face, caused by diseases such as cleft lip, Pfeiffer syndrome and Crouzon syndrome. The invention is assembled directly to the patient's skull following a surgical procedure in which the bones are fractured, after which the osteogenic distraction method is carried out, consisting in lengthening the bones of the face in a controlled manner using the mechanism of the invention, while bone tissue reconstruction is taking place, in order to improve the functionality and the appearance of the patient's face.
