The invention solve the problem of reducing the uncontrolled decrease of blood glucose levels in diabetic patients, particularly during sleep between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. by controlled, staged release of glucose which result in delivering glucose to the body lasting for 5-6 hours. The essence of the invention is the use of the mixture of the protected glucose with unprotected crystalline glucose and maltodextrin in order to produce the preparation for nutrition in diabetic patients.
