The present invention relates to a method and device for uplink channel estimation and carrier synchronization in an FDD-LTE indoor scenario. In the method of the present invention, frequency offset compensation, carrier synchronization and equilibrium processing are first carried out before performing channel estimation according to the features that a user in an indoor scenario moves slowly and the channel change between adjacent subframes is not so distinct, the frequency offset compensation reads the frequency offset value of a previous subframe from a first buffer in a base station without waiting for a current estimation value to perform compensation, thus reducing processing time, the channel coefficient used by the equilibrium is the channel coefficient of a previous subframe read from a second buffer in the base station without needing to wait for the channel estimation coefficient of a current subframe, and data equilibrium and data decoding can be performed while performing channel estimation and relevant processing, thus forming a streamline operation, reducing data processing time, and improving the operation efficiency of the receiver.
