A method for intercommunication between a mobile terminal and a WiMAX base station comprises: connecting the mobile terminal with a WiMAX wireless data card via an interface (S102); obtaining configuration information of the WiMAX wireless data card, and fulfilling the logic connection between the mobile terminal and the WiMAX wireless data card according to the configuration information (S104); and using the WiMAX wireless data card to fulfill the intercommunication with the WiMAX base station (S106). A system and a mobile terminal are used to implement the method.tion of the present invention.
