The present invention provides a creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and a preparation method and an application thereof. The DSC curve of the creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber at least has one characteristic peak at a temperature below 148°C, and has not less than one characteristic peak at a temperature of 148°C or above 148°C, and a ratio of the strength of the characteristic peak at a temperature below 148°C to that of the characteristic peak at a of temperature 148°C or above 148°C is in the range of 1.0:5.0 to 1.0:2.0. The creep value of the creep-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber of the present invention is not higher than 5 x 10-6%/day under the condition that the temperature is 25°C and the pressure is 600 MPa. Moreover, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber of the present invention has high creep resistant performance, and simultaneously the tensile strength and initial modulus of the fiber are improved to a certain extent.
