Disclosed are a smart hoist-type pulling oil extraction system and a method for manufacturing an oil-pumping rope thereof. The hoist-type pulling oil extraction system comprises: a drive assembly (1), having a reel (11) and a drive device (12) driving the reel (11) to rotate; a framework (2), provided with a mounted pulley (21); an oil-pumping rope (23), having one end wound on the reel (11), and having the other end passing by the pulley (21) and connected to an oil extraction device (4) in an underground oil well tubular column (5); a control device (9), used for controlling the drive device (12) to rotate. The oil extraction device (4) is provided with an underground liquid column height detector (6). The underground liquid column height detector (6) transmits an obtained liquid column height signal to the control device, so that upon receiving a preset liquid column height signal, the control device controls the drive device (12) to act, so as to drive the oil extraction device (4) to pull the liquid in the oil well tubular column (5) out of the well opening. The oil extraction system has high oil extraction efficiency, reduces power consumption, and reduces equipment wear.
