A method for manufacturing a back frame (23) of a flat-panel display device (20). At least a first main fitting element (231) and a second main fitting element (232) are fitted to form the back frame (23). One end of the first fitting element (231) is provided with at least two fitting parts (2311 and 2312). The structure of each of the fitting parts (2311 and 2312) adapts to the corresponding second main fitting element (232). The first main fitting element (231) is fitted via one of the fitting parts (2311 and 2312) thereof to one end of the corresponding second main fitting element (232). The back frame (23) further comprises multiple stands (2371, 2372, 2373, 2374, 2375, 2376, and 2377) mutually fixed to the main fitting elements (231 and 232), installation structures (a, b, c, and d) formed on the basis of requirements of the stands (2371, 2372, 2373, 2374, 2375, 2376, and 2377), and stand patterns (a, b, c, and d) constituting a mold (2380) for the stands, thus forming on the stands (2371, 2372, 2373, 2374, 2375, 2376, and 2377) the corresponding installation structures (a, b, c, and d). Also provided are the mold (2380) for manufacturing the back frame (23) and the stands (2371, 2372, 2373, 2374, 2375, 2376, and 2377) of the flat-panel display device (20), a method for manufacturing the back frame (23) of the flat-panel display device (20), and a backlight system (21). The mold (2380) for the back frame (23) and the stands (2371, 2372, 2373, 2374, 2375, 2376, and 2377), the method for manufacturing the back frame (23), and the mold structure for the back frame of the backlight system (21) are both simple, allow for reduced costs of the mold for the back frame, and for conserved materials of the back frame (23), thus reducing costs of the flat-panel display device (20).
