Provided is a phantom for measuring biological light that is accurate and exhibits excellent reproducibility, and that can be used to simulate a variety of biological tissues such as skin, skin spots, blood vessels, intravascular erythrocytes, thrombi, tumors, and fat. The phantom (1) for measuring biological light is provided with: a substrate (2) comprising a thermoplastic resin or a mixture of a thermoplastic resin and an oil; a film (3), provided on at least one main surface (2a) of the substrate (2), that comprises a hydrophilic resin; and an ink print pattern (4) that is fixed to the film (3) and that simulates live tissue.
