The present invention relates to an antenna for a power transmission and distribution line monitoring/diagnosing apparatus. The antenna device mounted in a power transmission and distribution line monitoring/diagnosing apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a carrier unit which is formed from an insulating dielectric having a constant thickness and the outer surface and inner surface of which have curved shapes; an antenna radiator which is formed into a curved surface along the outer surface of the carrier unit; a grounding member which is formed into a curved surface along the inner surface of the carrier unit; and a feeding unit which penetrates the carrier unit to electrically connect the antenna radiator with the grounding member, wherein the antenna device is mounted on at least one side of the power transmission and distribution line monitoring/diagnosing apparatus in the direction of a power transmission and distribution line when the power transmission and distribution line monitoring/diagnosing apparatus is provided on the power transmission and distribution line.
