The invention relates to a system for preventing birds from landing in maritime areas, ports and on any type of vessel. More specifically, the invention relates to a displacement device for preventing birds from landing in marine environments, said device comprising a rotating system and an acrylic canvas support including safety locks, allowing the system to rotate freely and thereby preventing birds from landing. By rotating, the system forms a mobile repellent that forces birds to fly away since there is nowhere stable for them to land.
