SLUDGE MAGNETIZATION PYROLYZING TREATMENT DEVICE AND SLUDGE TREATMENT METHOD

A sludge magnetization pyrolyzing treatment device comprises a rotation cylinder (1) and a base body (2) for supporting the rotation cylinder to rotate. The rotation cylinder (1) comprises an outer cylinder body (3) and an inner cylinder body (4) disposed in the outer cylinder body. A burner (6) is disposed at the side of a discharge port (5) of the inner cylinder body, so as to heat the inner cylinder body. An air supply device (7) is disposed at the side of the discharge port (5), so as to supply air to the inner cylinder body (4) and control oxygen supply. An air magnetization device (8) is disposed on the air supply device (7). Meanwhile, also provided is a sludge magnetization pyrolyzing treatment method. The air magnetization device and the burner are adopted for heating, thereby reducing the flue gas volume, greatly reducing the amount of produced dioxin, decreasing the difficulty in cleaning up the tail gas, increasing the speed of sludge treatment, and reducing the energy consumption and treatment cost.
