IEC61850-BASED SYNCHRONIZATION PERFORMANCE TEST METHOD FOR DIGITAL RELAY PROTECTION DEVICE

Disclosed is an IEC61850-based synchronization performance test method for a digital relay protection device. A digital relay protection tester simulation combination unit is used to send voltage and current sampling values to a digital relay protection device. By way of changing the rated delay time in each interval sampling value channel output by the digital relay protection tester, and in the case of different delays, different configurations of the rated delay are performed on each interval sampling value on which a synchronization test is performed by the digital relay protection device to view whether each interval phase angle difference displayed by the digital relay protection device corresponds to the rated delay difference. If yes, then the synchronization performance test of the digital relay protection device is correct, otherwise, the synchronization performance is incorrect. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: the present invention fills the gap that currently there is not any synchronization performance test methods for the digital relay protection device without primary devices such as current boosters, voltage regulators and so on, which saves a large amount of human resources and materials and saves the debugging time.
