摘要

The present invention provides solid dispersion, comprising: 20-O-²-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol which is a pharmacologically active ingredient; and a saturated polyglycolized glyceride which is a lipid matrix. The solid dispersion of the present invention has effects of increasing dissolution rate of 20-O-²-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol.
