The present invention pertains to Thomson elements with quantum nanojunctions comprising a cooling system that utilizes Thomson element with quantum nanojunctions in which two Thomson elements with nanojunctions are connected. The two Thomson elements with nanojunctions utilize a quantum effect that enables extremely large amounts of thermoelectric energy comparable to the average irradiation power of sunlight to be continuously acquired day and night. The Thomson elements with quantum nanojunctions are produced using a method for producing Thomson elements with spin quantum nanojunctions, said method involving atomic level processing which enables integration with a silicon single crystal substrate using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The industrial value of the Thomson elements with quantum nanojunctions is extremely high.
