The present invention provides a system for grading a driving test and a method for grading a driving test using same which can improve promptness and accuracy of grading a driving test for a driving license, and resolve problems of not being able to settle civil complaints fairly from lack of objective data when civil complaints are lodged due to judgment errors and such by examiners. By separating automatic and manual grading sections and by having an examiner enter into a tablet PC grades just for the manual section, which is then combined with the results of the automatic grading, the present invention provides convenience and promptness, and additionally, provides the convenience of being able to provide objective data when a civil complaint is lodged about a driving test by having an objective database built by computerizing results of existing driving tests.
