The present invention provides a method for detecting a wireless microphone signal based on an enhanced spectral correlation function, comprising: acquiring, according to a spectral correlation function of a collected digital signal and a conjugate spectral correlation function proposed by the present invention, an enhanced spectral correlation function of the digital signal; and calculating a test statistic and comparing the test statistic with a determination threshold obtained through simulation or calculation of from a predetermined method to determine whether the digital signal is a wireless microphone signal. The present invention, based on the proposed enhanced spectral correlation function, solves the problem of failing to distinguish a narrowband interference from a wireless microphone signal in an existing detection method, so that great difficulties in detecting current unused television bands are solved, and at the same time the detection method has low algorithm complexity and can be easily implemented in a practical system.
