MARINE STREPTOMYCES SP., COMPOUND OF PYRANOSESQUITERPENES AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

Provided are a marine streptomyces sp., a compound of pyranosesquiterpenes and a preparation method and the use thereof. Streptomyces sp. SCSIO 01689 was deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on July 18, 2011, with the deposit number CCTCC NO: M 2011257. Streptomyces sp. can produce a new compound of pyranosesquiterpenes with an anti-Escherichia coli activity and an anti-Artemia sp. activity, and can produce Cyclo(D)-Pro-(D)-Ile, Cyclo(D)-Pro-(D)-Leu and Cyclo(D)-trans-4-OH-Pro-(D)-Phe with an anti-Vibrioanguillarum activity and an anti-Artemia sp. activity; therefore, Streptomyces sp. provides a new approach for preparing Cyclo(D)-Pro-(D)-Ile, Cyclo(D)-Pro-(D)-Leu and Cyclo(D)-trans-4-OH-Pro-(D)-Phe. The compound of pyranosesquiterpenes can be used for preparing anti-Escherichia coli drugs and anti-Artemia sp. drugs, and can also be used as the precursory compound of a flavor agent for the preparation of the flavor agent.
