Numerical control multifunctional automatic sewing machine and a sewing machine template. The sewing machine comprises a sewing template roller clamping and driving device (105), an X and Y motion device (106), a sewing template rotating device (104), a stippling mark device (103), an electric control box and control system (109), a sewing device (102), a frame and a table. The frame is connected with a horizontal table. The sewing device is fixed on the upper surface of the table. The sewing template rotating device is fixed on one side of the sewing device. The sewing template roller clamping and driving device is positioned on a lower surface of the table, and a part of the sewing template roller clamping and driving device runs through the table and is positioned on the upper surface of the table. The X and Y motion device is connected at the lower surface of the sewing template roller clamping and driving device. The stippling mark device is provided at a sewing head of the sewing device. The electric control box and control system is connected with the frame through a screw. The sewing machine template is made of two or more layers of adhesive sheets or hardboards.
