ONLINE FILE MIGRATION METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM

Provided are an online file migration method, device and system. The method includes: mounting a source device to a target device through a network file sharing protocol, the source device and the target device both being an NAS device; establishing on the target device a mirror file of a file on the source device, the mirror file being initially an empty file; migrating the data in the file on the source device to the target device through network transmission by way of the network file sharing protocol; and processing an access request of a user by the target device during data migration. The technical solution in the present invention can realize online file migration between two NAS devices and can be suitable for online file migration among NAS devices manufactured according to different standards or by different manufacturers.
