MAN-MACHINE SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INVASIVE VENTILATOR IN NONINVASIVE VENTILATION MODE

A man-machine synchronization method and device for an invasive ventilator in a noninvasive ventilation mode. The method comprises the following steps: measuring an airway pressure, an inspiratory flow, and an expiratory flow (S101); calculating an air leakage flow according to a pre-established air leakage estimation model and by using the airway pressure, the inspiratory flow and the expiratory flow (S102); and compensating a basic flow according to the air leakage flow (S103). In the above method, the air leakage flow is estimated by means of the air leakage estimation model, so that compensation is made for the air leakage, thereby facilitating the noninvasive ventilation of the invasive ventilator and improving the man-machine synchronization.
