The present invention relates to a front-rear switchable slipper having an easily switchable heel retainer and, more particularly, to a front-rear switchable slipper having an easily switchable heel retainer, of which the front and rear can automatically and completely be switched when the slipper is removed by using a lever structure on the heel retainer and the resilience of a floor material, without using a complicated mechanism. The above object of the present invention for a front-rear switchable slipper having an easily switchable heel retainer is achieved by a front-rear switchable slipper having an easily switchable heel retainer, which comprises: a first support formed extending from the centers at the sides of the bottom sole of the slipper; a second support formed extending from the bottom sole and enclosing the outer centers at both sides of the bottom sole of the slipper; a heel retaining portion hinge-coupled to the second support through a hinge portion, and having a guide rail formed on the bottom thereof that is laterally symmetrical; and a rail portion having an end thereof movably fastened to the guide rail and the other end fixed to the first support. When the slipper is removed, the lever portion moves to the other side of the guide rail and switches the heel retaining portion by means of the resilience of the bottom sole.
