Disclosed is a quality monitoring system for a concrete mixing station, comprising an acquisition unit (2) connected to a material weighing sensor (11) of the concrete mixing station and used for acquiring an actual material value, and a downloading unit (3) connected to a database (12) in a control system of the concrete mixing station and used for downloading a standard material value. The quality monitoring system further comprises a computing unit (4), the computing unit (4) being connected to the acquisition unit (2) and the downloading unit (3) respectively, so as to send an alarm signal when the absolute value of the difference between the actual material value and the standard material value is greater than or equal to a predetermined value. By means of the structural design of the quality monitoring system, human factors can be reduced during monitoring, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the quality monitoring for concrete. Also provided is a concrete mixing station comprising the quality monitoring system.
