A self-sealing anti-spill urinary vessel (100), comprising a urine storage bag (20) with an upper port, and a unidirectional self-sealing sheet (10) with a wide inlet segment (102) and a narrow outlet segment (103) having at least one outlet; the unidirectional self-sealing sheet (10) is formed by superposing two plastic thin-films and thermally-fusing the edges around the inlet and the outlet; the plastic thin-film on one side of the unidirectional self-sealing sheet (10) is also connected to an elongated stabilization sheet (106); when the unidirectional self-sealing sheet (10) is thermally-fused with the upper port of the urine storage bag (20), the elongated stabilization sheet (106) and the narrow outlet segment (103) are located inside the urine storage bag (20). The self-sealing anti-spill urinary vessel (100) is portable, can be assembled and disassembled, and can self-seal the urine in the urine storage bag (20) under the tension of the unidirectional self-sealing sheet (10) structure and the urine, thus effectively preventing the urine from spillover and backflow, therefore sealing the urine and masking the urine smell.
