A photo-thermal mixed utilization system for solar energy comprises a sun tracking rack (2), a paraboloid mirror condenser (3), an optical collector (4), an electric energy storage and transmission unit (5) and a heat exchange unit (6). The paraboloid mirror condenser (3) is arranged on the sun tracking rack (2). The illuminated surface of the optical collector (4) is opposite the reflecting surface of the paraboloid mirror condenser (3), the electric output end of the optical collector (4) is electrically connected to the electric energy storage and transmission unit (5), and the thermal output end of the optical collector (4) is connected to the heat exchange unit (6). The optical collector (4) comprises a photovoltaic cell (42), a liquid-cooled support body (43) and a switch booster (44). The photovoltaic cell (42) is arranged on the liquid-cooled support body (43); the electric output end of the photovoltaic cell (42) is connected to the switch booster (44); the switch booster (44) is provided with an electric output end which is connected to the storage and transmission unit (5); and a thermal output end connected to the heat exchange unit (6) is arranged on the liquid-cooled support body (43). The system solves the problem of serial boosting transmission incapability caused by a non-uniform current, and facilitates electric energy transmission.
