A method for desorbing a rich liquid of a synthetic ammonia shift gas decarbonization absorbent comprises: feeding an absorbent rich liquid and low-pressure vapor into a rotating packed bed reactor (3), and the absorbent rich liquid flowing from an inner edge of a rotor (4) to an outer edge of the rotor (4) under the effect of a centrifugal force and performing back flow or cross-flow contact with the low-pressure vapor in the rotating packed bed reactor (3), so as to regenerate the rich liquid under a hypergravity condition; and CO2 after desorption and the low-pressure vapor after heat transfer being exhausted from a gas outlet (5), and the regenerated liquid flowing out of a liquid outlet (6) at the lower part of the rotating packed bed reactor (3), wherein the system pressure during the desorption is 0.1 MPa to 0.5 MPa, and the temperature thereof is 90°C to 160°C; the rotation speed of the rotor (4) of the rotating packed bed reactor (3) is 100 rpm to 3000 rpm; the mass concentration of the absorbent rich liquid as potassium carbonate in the solution is 20% to 60%; and the mass concentration of the activator in the solution is 1% to 5%. The method has high desorption rate for the rich liquid, low power consumption and small occupied space of a device applying the method.
