Disclosed is a face washing and mouth rinsing, seated toilet, and water-saving combination stand, comprising a face washing and mouth rinsing basin (2) set on the top face of the combination stand, a water storage tank (4) provided below the face washing and mouth rinsing basin (2), and a movable concealed seated toilet (16) provided in a lower cavity of the water storage tank (4), wherein both the face washing and mouth rinsing basin (2) and the water storage tank (4), and the water storage tank (4) and the concealed seated toilet (16) are connected by means of pipes. A concealed urinal (34) is also provided in the lower cavity of the water storage tank (4), the concealed seated toilet (16) or the concealed urinal (34) being pulled out and put away by means of a rotary motion. Furthermore, a flush pipe (22) and a water discharge pipe (20) of the concealed seated toilet (16) and a flush pipe (72) and a water discharge pipe (35) of the concealed urinal (34) all traverse an axis of rotation (23). The face washing and mouth rinsing, seated toilet, and water-saving combination stand of the present invention is convenient to use, and the flush pipes and water discharge pipes of the concealed seated toilet and the concealed urinal will not be twisted or stopped from working by the rotation.
