Described is a parvovirus for the treatment of mesenchymal tumors, preferably malignant bone tumors such as localized and metastasized bone tumors, in particular osteosarcoma and Ewing's sarcoma. A preferred parvovirus is the replication competent parvovirus H-1PV.
