HYDRAULIC ELECTROMAGNETIC GENERATION DEVICE FOR COLLECTING IDLE KINETIC ENERGY OF VEHICLES

A hydraulic electromagnetic generation device for collecting idle kinetic energy of vehicles comprises a protective cover (2), an energy collector (4), one-way valves (5, 12), a hydraulic motor (9), an electromagnetic generator (6), an energy storage device (7) and pipelines (11). For controlling flow rate of fluid in the pipelines, the device also comprises a buffer device (10). The energy storage device (7) is an accumulator. The device can be used at places for decelerating or braking vehicles such as freeway toll stations, retarding areas, turning sites, and has the advantages of simply structure, low cost and high energy conversion efficiency.
