Disclosed is a method of reducing standard coal consumption of an electricity generating unit, relating to improving the method of heat transfer in a coal-fired power station boiler and an industrial coal-fired boiler, for example hot-water coal-fired boiler. The improvement mainly lies in using heat conduction of furnace bed semi-coked coal fire gas combined with circulation heat exchange by top to bottom natural convection of boiler water cold-hot airflows, replacing radiant heat exchange of open flame furnace gas, to achieve energy conservation, reduced consumption and reduced emission in a coal-fired power station boiler and an industrial coal-fired boiler, for example hot-water coal-fired boiler.
